I have over 20 years experience in the creative communications industry, I started as a designer for multimedia agency DOGS (4 years) and moved to a senior designer role for web agency Rufus Leonard (3 years). I developed my career further as creative director for strategic brand agency Blue Goose (2 years) before setting up my own company in 2005. I studied Graphic Design at Falmouth Art School before completing a Masters in Graphic Communication at Denmark’s Design School in Copenhagen.
My photography combines a designer’s eye for compelling visuals with an adventurer’s love for exploring far-flung locations. I have travelled to dozens of countries around the world on assignment. My work has been published in National Geographic, GEO Special, Outside, Action Asia, The New York Times, The Guardian and many other publications. My images have also been been auctioned by Christie's as part of a National Geographic series of prints entitled 'Boundless - 125 years of National Geographic.' I have also been named as a finalist in the Travel Photographer of the Year competition four times.
